We will also check on your tenants. The frequency of our on site monitoring, custom and concierge services is determined by the property owner. 

We can assist you, on call, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly. We will supply a written monthly report on each property we are monitoring and will include pictures for any repairs and maintenance that you have authorized.
