Gina and John Hultgren founded
Central Florida Home Minders and Concierge Services to serve the
needs of absentee owners and families with demanding schedules.
We personally have had the experience of owning property in other states and
have also experienced demanding schedules, which made it difficult
for us to be at our property as frequently as we would of liked too.
We remember many instances being away from our property and wondering:
Has
there been any storms we are not aware of?
Is the pool maintenance
company and lawn service coming as scheduled or less than scheduled?
Are the tenants following the rules of their tenancy or are they
creating problems with the home/neighbors?
Are there unwanted guests
living in my home whether pests or people?
Is anything leaking or
broken?
Our questions were soon answered when we received a code
violation notice from the town violating the condition of our pool
and lawn at one of our properties. Seems the pool was green and lawn
was over 6 inches tall. The two violations were corrected Immediately,
but we were so embarrassed and some what dumb founded.
That is when we decided to start Central Florida Home Minders and Concierge services,
so absentee owners or families with demanding schedules will not
have to experience these situations.
Gina's experience includes being a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
with over 10 years experience with Coldwell Banker, working as a
Sellers agent, Buyers agent and Relocation specialist and a Notary
Public. Gina was also owner of GMH Property Management for 8 years
handling management and tenant issues for her own ten properties
and many property owners. Gina was the owner of Speedy Coin Op and
Cleaners (1992-2000).
John's experience includes being a Builder and Finish carpenter with
over 20 years experience. His latest completed project being (The
Pineapple Luxury Riverside Condos) at the Eau Gallie Causeway Pineapple
Ave., Melbourne, Fl
32936.
John also performed all the repairs and maintenance for GMH Properties and Speedy
Coin op and Cleaners (1992-2006).
