Standard Services

Our standard services are designed to monitor your residence. It is a thorough on site monitoring of your properties interior and exterior. The frequency of our visits are determined by the owner and agreed upon before service begins. We can cater to your specific monitoring needs, we are available per diem, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. However, we encourage our clients to have a weekly visit. This helps to ensure that your home will not have a minor concern turn into a major problem. We will supply a written monthly report on each property we are monitoring.

Exterior property and structure monitoring; Exterior check includes monitoring of, Structure, Fences, Pools, Lawn, Shrubs, Yard Items,

Vandalism and Storm damage. Debris on walkways , driveways and yard.

Confirm all doors and windows are secure and locked

Verify operation of security system

Check with gated community staff for unauthorized visitors

Bring in mail / newspapers / deliveries and packages

Room by room Interior Monitoring

Monitor for mold, mildew, leaks, odors and pests

Run all faucets, flush all toilets, check for leaks (if utilities are on)

Operate all lights, check for blown bulbs or light issues (if utilities are on)

Check all timers and security lights (if utilities are on)

Check electric panel for blown fuses or tripped circuits (if utilities are on)

Check that air conditioning and heating systems are operating properly
(if utilities are on) and that the thermostat is properly set to your specifications

Monitor smoke and carbon detectors

Water plants (if utilities are on)

Customized and Concierge Services can be provided at your request. Additional costs do apply.

Any / All concerns found during our on site monitoring will be documented and presented to you in a timely fashion by Phone , Email or U. S. Mail. Any Emergency situations that may arise regarding your property following our on site monitoring will be presented to you Immediately.
